Qi Energy Exercises

Qi Posture Exercise 4Stretch your postureTo stretch your body is a natural way of correcting your posture, but also of opening up the body. When you stretch — in about the same relaxed way as in a big yawn — you will straighten your posture and release some tensions in it, without having to think about it.
Your body gets more at ease, your limbs and vertebrae correct their positions, and the inner of your body sort of opens up. This exercise might as well belong to the ones working on your breathing, but what you should concentrate particularly on is how it gets you kind of taller and straighter. That is why I have placed it in the group of posture exercises.
