Qi Energy Exercises
|
Qi Relaxation Exercise 1Clench and OpenHere you focus on the hands. They are almost constantly at work, so it can be difficult to relax them enough to be pleasantly soft and supple. When the hands are active, not only all the muscles from the wrist out to the fingertips are used, but also a number of muscles along the arms, up to the shoulders – sometimes also muscles on the back. But you do not have to think about that. Concentrate on your hands, and the rest will take care of itself.
